About the process:
Tucked inside the lobby of the Claridges Hotel in New Delhi, India is a tiny shop called The Old Prayer that, "sometimes opens at 11, sometimes later, and closes when it's time to go home", according to the shop keeper, an effortlessly chic woman named Mrs. Singh. The shop sells handmade women's clothing and accessories, including one-of-a-kind scarves. It was in this very lobby that I first met the group of twelve women with whom I traveled throughout India for two weeks- a trip that has greatly impacted so much of my own business- and it was in this little shop that I learned the power of a really beautiful scarf. A scarf is a simple way to elevate your style and express a part of your personality, while enjoying the simple pleasure of a beautiful print or supersoft fabric. Whenever, and wherever, you wear your new scarf, I hope it reminds you of the trips and risks you've taken along your own creative journey, and that it will inspire and comfort you as you embrace the many more that lie ahead. - Hailey
